Application of green-emitting Sr<sub>3</sub>WO<sub>6</sub>:U phosphor to enhance lumen efficiency of WLEDs

The article demonstrates a sample of spectrum in the phosphor-covered WLED (abbreviated as p-WLED) containing one blue chip, red chip along with phosphors green and yellow colors. We acquired p-WLEDs’ ideal CCTs, which is short for correlated color temperature range from 2700 K to 6500 using nonlinear program order optimize radiation’s lumen efficiency (LER) when R9 strong red's rendering indexes (CRIs) special CRIs exceed 98. From outcomes recreation, p-WLEDs an InGaN 450 nm wavelength, AlGaInP 634 silicate value 507 580 wavelength correspondingly; can produce white lights CRI values around 98 particular intense reds above For saturated red, yellow, green, colors, average through R12 95. In CCT K, R13 female figures 100, LER reaching 296 lm/W.
